Please note that we currently accept orders where delivery is made within Canada. If you wish to deliver products outside of Canada, please contact us by phone at (819) 595-8520 or by email at: info@coffee.ca

Shipping

Aladdin Roastery offers a shipping service by Canada Post. To be eligible for these services, civic delivery address must be within the delivery areas of Canada Post.

In the case of inclement weather or any other time outside the control of the shipping service, we will work with it to ensure that parcels are delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping charges apply to shipments in Canada only.

Quebec, Ontario:

Delivery Hours

Canada Post generally takes delivery to residential addresses Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and business addresses during regular business hours. No time range may be requested for delivery.

Delivery times and product availability

The majority of the items offered on our website are now available for immediate delivery. Your order will be processed upon receipt.

When the merchandise is located, and that the payment is approved, the order will be delivered to your door in the following deadlines:

- 2-3 working days for deliveries in Quebec and Ontario
- 3-5 working days for deliveries to other provinces

You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

If the merchandise is not available, this will delay the shipment of your order. If this is the case, an agent at our Customer Service will contact you by phone or email to notify you.

Cancellations due to a technical problem

It may be an order is cancelled for any of the following reasons:

  1. Article not available
  2. Difficulties in the process of payment
  3. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  4. Repeat the same order

Modify / Cancel your order

You have a short time to cancel your order before it is processed by our systems by contacting our Customer Service by phone at 819-595-8520 or by email at info@coffee.ca. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order that is being shipped. In such cases, please refer to the section: Returns.

Parcels are delivered against signature to the addressee. Any product delivered should be monitored and any reservations on the delivery note in case of partial or total deterioration. Unqualified product is deemed delivered in good condition and will not be subject to any subsequent dispute.

Track your order

Deliveries from Aladdin Roastery are made by Canada Post. We will send you the delivery number by email once your order has left our distribution center. You will then be able to track your order by logging on the site: www.postescanada.ca

Returns

To return merchandise by mail:

  • Pack the product in its original package
  • Insert all the documents received concerning the order to return. Remember to keep a copy of all documents provided
  • All products must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging and not have been used
  • Return costs must be pre-paid; we will not accept deliveries paid at the reception.
  • For your protection, we advise you to insure the shipping service
  • Ship the package to: Aladdin Roastery, 774 boul. St-Joseph, Gatineau (Quebec), J8Y 4B9.
  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your order to be eligible for reimbursement. The shipping costs will not be included in your refund, unless a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you have 10 days from delivery to return it in sellable condition, unused, in its original packaging we will refund the full amount, less shipping, handling and other fees or you have 30 days of delivery for an exchange.
