Refund policy
For a return of goods by mail:
- Pack the product in its original package
- Insert all the documents received concerning the order to be returned. Remember to keep a copy of all documents provided
- All products must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging and not have been used.
- Return postage must be prepaid; we will not accept paid on delivery deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you insure the shipping service
- Return the package to: Brûlerie Aladdin, 774 boul. St-Joseph, Gatineau (Quebec), J8Y 4B9.
- You have 10 days after the delivery date to return your package in order to be entitled to a refund.

Our 10 day money back / 30 day exchangeable guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an article you purchased, you have 10 days from delivery of it to return it to us in salable, unused condition, inside its original packaging and we will refund you the full amount less shipping costs, handling and other fees or you have 30 days of delivery for an exchange.
