Chai with Ceylon Orange Pekoe
A perfect blend for long winter nights, this tea combines Ceylon* orange pekoe tea, vanilla and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, anise and pepper. Enjoy it with milk and honey.
Use 1 tsp of tea per 235mL of hot water (90°C) and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

*Ceylon tea comes from the country now known as Sri Lanka. During the British colonial period, the tea was introduced in Sri Lanka, then called Ceylon, to replace a failed coffee harvest. The Ceylon name has survived to describe the origin of this tea, now synonymous with quality.
