Darjeeling Black Tea
Popular in the Himalayan provinces of northern India for its floral taste and its golden *Ceylon orange pekoe buds, this tea is among the finest in the world!
Use 1 tsp of tea per 235mL of hot water (90°C) and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
